Who can register?
Anybody when registration is open.
How long it takes to activate user id after registration?
It takes up to 12 hours since it require approval before registration no is activated.
What is span of control or area covered by an e-Learning Hub?
A single Hub spreads across 6 branches. A district can have upto 9 such Hubs. In essence, a district is divided into upto 54 branches.A Hub is also called a Zone of a District.
