Yoga helps us reconnect with sublime pleasures and with science this reunion is expedited.Yoga also offers cures for many ailments where science fails.Yoga is based on concentration and concentration cools down the disturbances of our body,releases the toxins from our body giving it a chance to reestablish its natural balance and hence helps in speedy recovery from several neurological and other forms of disorders where science has not yet firmly established its presence or is still progressing.

Those who practice Gyana Yoga will find in science a zoneno1 tool for steadying the mind by reflecting on the cosmic laws. It shortens the path of concentration. Our principle is to combine the best features of both disciplines to evolve a rapid method of Yogic union with truth. Simple laws like gravitation arouses tremendous curiosity in mind and can helps us concentrate by helping us entering into another plane of thought.For example, we know every two objects attracts each other and tends to come closer as per universal laws of gravitation but one question arises in mind.That is, 'why objects attracts each other?' and we have no answer.Why charges attracts or repels each other is also not known.We know that charges attracts or repels with certain amount of force as per the laws of science but are not aware of the cause of the force.

Law is the formula for finding the amount of force not the cause of the force.

The force theories whether gravitational or electrical were simple observed by scientists and were verified by methods of science and the attraction was there in nature from time immemorial.And the answer to questions like 'why two bodies are attracted?' ,'when did this phenomena start?', 'who introduced this phenomena into universe?' are not known and we have very limited progress on that front unless we explore answer using different thinking techniques on other planes of consciousness called yogic thinking.
Maya & Brahman Maya:

No discussion on Maya can be clear, & only through its effect it can be described to a limited extent but, never in full; What is affirmed (quoting from my experience) is:

1. Once Maya is realized Jagat is mithya (This is in agreement with Adi Shankara's view).

2. Once Maya is realized, "I am infinite consciousness, & no thing is apart from Me." too is realized; This mostly coincides with description of Eshwara.

3. Any example based on dependent material object can't accurately depict Maya, as effect can't desribe the cause in full; It is like always coming under relativity due to lack of finding any absolute frame of reference which is unconditioned; No material science can fathom it.

4. "Eshwara = Maya + Brahman" is a partial statement as "+ (superposition)" is realized as mithya too; Interestingly, Maya is not realized as Mithya; Effect of coming under Maya is "Seeing matter as matter without even doubting, & identifying with matter";

5. Logical phrases like "in, out, is, is not , equals, not equals , belongs to, not belongs to etc." are all mithya and under the spell of Maya.

6. Once Maya is realized external world is seen within mind; So all external worship indirectly turns out to be internal in the inner temple of mind only.

7. Maya is beyond the tri-gunas & manifests also as tri-guna at individual level; Nirguna Brahman is Maya and Maya is inseparable from Brahman.

8. Maya has no beginning & no end just as Brahman; Only the effect of Maya or coming under the spell of Maya has an end; Effect of Maya comes as two-fold causes; Total creation spread in unconditioned infinite space in infinite mind, & individual creation spread in individual spaces laid in individual mind; Under the law of karma, individual creation constantly gets entangled with some other individual creations & multiple births occur; On realizing Maya & when spell of Maya is not on, both the creations are seen as dream; The effects of Pralaya or Maha Pralaya is bypassed & one is immortal.

9. Being = Pure Infinite consciousness (inner paramatman) + limited consciousness or individual mind as first effect+ appearance as body&surroundings as second effect; No differentiation possible in the RHS superposition among the cascaded effects neither while ascending to Samadhi nor while descending from samadhi; Samadhi comes blind-folded as a divine infinite pull smashing the periphery of mind; Such is the power of Maya that too governs the entry/exit gates to/from superconsciousness.

10. Have tried many times during ascent to record for all, but a sweet forgetfulness envelops and inebriated get snatched away from the causal world and its 12-links; When descending only a little memory remains of the descent; Such is the power of Maya.

11. Close Advaita based videos doesn't tally at all with first hand experience.

12. Yes, when suffering is unbearable, & tear for truth flows non stop, in that acute Vairagya breaks the spell of Maya; Just as Draupadi surrenders before lord Krishna (Paramatman) out of inability to cope with situation when neither might nor wit seems to provide a solution for escape out of the infinite chain of cause&effect.

13. As Maya is realized cosmos is realized as a dream; What death? Whose death? All strange appearances on the infinite screen of Samskara; A different taste of this world is activated; World's purpose is realized; An unending and deepening intoxication that challenges the existence of sub conscious mind too; One sleeps for the first time in a peaceful abode untouched by the memory of fear&death. Who cares for the senses&the associated learnt consciousness which are dulled even by normal intoxicants.

14. One swims in the infinite ocean of consciousness rising and dipping, rising and dipping; Forgetfulness and inattention to regular happenings of world is on the rise as awake hours too run away as the fading characters of a movie when light is turned on; Own arrows from past lives seen returning as prarbdha; But, the ferocity is gone as the shield of Samadhi is activated if any arrow is piercing deeper due to temporary attachment to little body; Point is, forgetfulness of truth still comes; Such is the power of Maya.

15. One lands in infinite space and can observe own mind's trail through the phenomenal world; Dark and strange shapes arise wherever the attention shifts; This is navigating through the causal ocean or ocean of samskara or the giant screen in the threatre of Maya.

16. One is now witness to this world; Asangoham.

17. Sun no more can burn; Sun is seen as a radiating thing/appearance in infinite space serving as an exchange of energy to millions of non radiating appearances.

The list is endless; Just wanted to emphasise on the impossibility to define Maya by language and the need to sit down to meditate.

Common Doubts What is truth?

Brahman & Maya are inseparable; No snake/appearance possible without rope; There is no modification of rope; Maya is illusion/appearance just like a mirage.

Samkhya is not right as in samadhi one clearly sees cosmos/appearance/prakriti enclosed within the infinite consciousness; Two separate parallel truth(s) is ruled out; Whoever has gone into samadhi can validate this statement; Seen is in Seer.

Energy is clearly seen within as a subtle matter; Energy bodies like sun etc. are seen as appearance to infinite consciousness. This is truth as I have seen. No impostion but a clear affirmation.

It is not necessary that all questions have answers in material plane; Yes, some questions have answer in silence.

Kundalini system is a hint to meditation ; There is no sun/moon flowing within; They are suggestions to expand one's consciousness. Chakra are nice representations to expand one's consciousness from sense space to thought space to space of infinite consciousness;

Rebirth is true.

Self is God & Self is Maya.

Infinite mind is Eshwara.

Karma is destiny.

Individual self appears as soon as mind stream flows as a bunch of emotions/feelings/thoughts appearing as a body; This Ahamkara rises with object consciousness and gets dipped in the flow; The concept of Atman residing in physical heart organ is fake.

Paramatman or pure infinite consciousness or Self is one without a second, nectarine and beyond description. "Brahman satya jagat mithya" confirms to experience.

In deep sleep little self or apparent self is operating in a very feeble state but not totally inactive(a wrong word); And this little self tells 'I had a good sleep'.

Lord Buddha's negation of individual self is right; Buddhism's negation of Permanent self (if at all he meant that) is wrong.

Bhakti works like charm as the worshipper on realization just sees 'the idol thought to be external is just within the mind'.

Yes with one's own will one stays here and the very day one is adamant not to accept the bait and is ready to die for truth, truth flashes in a moment.

Most schools are fabricated and just dry business in the name of truth; These are affirmations and no attempt to degrade or appreciate any system; Truth is one and can't differ; Paths may differ.

Yes, we should acrutinise as we scrutinse our assumptions in science; Sinner and pious both are equal; Compassion is the highest religion; And love is the great healer; Service to humanity&other jivas brings grace;

Telepathy is true; Mind is the fastest billions of times faster than light; Tendencies or forces of all individual minds are deeply entangled and result in effects or events at material plane. Mental forces are far fiercer than gross forces; Quantum entanglement is true at mental level.

World is as true as a dream; World rises and falls in cosmic mind while individual's tiny body & its surrounding bodies rise and fall in individual mind; Time, space, &events all rise & fall in mind.
Ahamkara or Jivatma Closer view of realization as the spell of Maya ends, & as the inebriation deepens into Samadhi:

Ahamkara is a special consciousness that rises in specific situations & it has ability to realize Brahman the pure infinite consciousness; This special consciousness called ego is behind rebirth too; It is never realized in full unless the cover of Maya lifts; As Maya lifts, the mystery of life unfolds; This special connecting consciousness no more disregards the voice of Viveka(unbiased agent of truth), & it starts dipping in the ocean of nectar; This key consciousness shouldn't be treated as nothing & has a vital role during realization; There is nothing in this world that is not existing; The play we all play unaware is too difficult for our intellect to grasp; Yes, this very cosmos looks mesmerizing as death fear lifts & one expands into infinite consciousness.

Samadhi Seeing the whole cosmos swimming within as a strange appearance, & then going beyond this ultimate seeing (Viswaroopa Darshana) too in nectarine Nirvikalpa or thoughtless trance.
